OUR TEAM
Adam Linford
CEO
Adam has 15 years at senior executive level building businesses, including within the construction and specialist coatings sectors.
He has extensive experience managing major building projects from inception to completion, and is an Associate Member CIOB.
Adam’s entrepreneurial acumen has, as the key founding Director, realised Alpha to the successful international trading platform it has become today. Adam’s natural vision coupled with the team he has built around him supports the delivery of his ventures.
Adam excels at nurturing effective relationships, making things happen, coordinating global contracts and ensuring fair play and positive results.
Richard Bevan
Director
Specialising with PwC in international tax before commercial roles in PLC and Global private businesses. Richard has a deep understanding of how businesses work & grow and routinely provides business counsel to PLC, UHNWI & high growth businesses.
John Allen
Partner
Entrepreneur with forty years experience in product innovation, new/niche market creation, planning, team building and delivery. Sound financial background. Effective communicator with investors, colleagues and clients.
Rob Payne
Partner
Technology evangelist, software innovator and designer, consultant enterprise architect with HSBC, RBS Financial Markets, Greenwich Capital Markets, Apple, HP, VPT Microgen, executive and non-executive positions in technology firms. Extensive experience developing disruptive technology.
